Product Spotlight – Enhanced Patient Translations

patient translations

Our goal is to make healthcare simpler and more accessible for everyone. We know that navigating health information can be challenging, and it’s even harder when it’s not in your primary language.

That’s why we’re focused on breaking down language barriers and making our platform even easier to use for patients, clinicians, and administrators.

Enhanced Support for Patient Translations 🌐

Clear communication is the foundation of great care. To help you support more patients from diverse backgrounds, we’ve significantly expanded our language capabilities.

We’ve added six new languages, bringing our total to 16! Patients can now receive their care information and complete tasks in:

  • Arabic
  • Chinese (Simplified)
  • Chinese (Traditional)
  • Dari
  • English
  • French
  • Hakha Chin
  • Nepali
  • Persian (Farsi)
  • Punjabi (Panjabi)
  • Spanish
  • Swahili
  • Thai
  • Turkish
  • Ukrainian
  • Vietnamese

What this means for your patients and staff:

  • Empowering Patients: Patients can select their preferred language when they first sign up and can change it themselves at any time. This gives them greater control and understanding of their own care journey.
  • Informing Clinicians: Staff can easily see a patient’s selected language, ensuring you can send messages and activities from their care plan in the language they understand best.
  • Streamlining Administration: We’ve also made it much faster and easier for administrators to set up and manage these translated care plans behind the scenes.

If you’re keen to explore Translations for your pathway, please contact your Customer Success Team. The team will connect you with the appropriate person to discuss pricing and implementation.

Other Improvements We’ve Made ✨

We’ve also rolled out a few other enhancements to improve your day-to-day experience with Personify Care.

  • Archive Old Assessments: Keep your platform clean and organised. You can now archive any assessment that is no longer in use.
  • View User Management Permissions: For better security and oversight, administrators can now quickly identify all staff members who have permission to manage user accounts and licences.
  • Faster Group Selection: For busy staff who are part of multiple groups, we’ve simplified the process of switching between your different groups, making it quicker to get to the information you need.

We’re excited for these updates to help you provide more inclusive and efficient care.

As always, we love hearing your feedback. If you have any questions are currently using Personify Care, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
