The new Enterprise Pathway Sync feature establishes a hierarchical relationship between groups under a single enterprise customer.

A single, designated Principal Group controls the master version of a pathway, and that pathway is then automatically distributed and locked across all linked Dependent Groups.

Benefits of Enterprise Pathway Sync:

  • Guaranteed Consistency: Eliminates version drift and ensures every linked group is following the exact same approved clinical protocol. Critical for regulatory compliance.
  • Single Point of Maintenance: Instead of updating every group individually, Pathway Coordinators can update the pathway once . This drastically reduces maintenance time and potential for error.
  • Instant Rollout: New pathways and critical updates can be deployed organisation-wide immediately.
  • Clear Version History: All changes originate from the Principal Group, creating one clear audit trail.

Other updates:

  • An update to the Assessment Editor to prevent questions used in pathway alerts from being deleted from an assessment → safer editing of assessments to prevent breaking critical pathway logic

  • Sticky Save and Edit buttons when scrolling the Patient Details, Pathway Editor and Assessment Editor) → saves you time and reduces frustration when updating patient info and configuring pathways

  • Ability to use components of an address (e.g. postcode) in pathway alerts and display them on forms (print templates)

  • Option to disable proxy registrations for customers where registering on behalf of someone else isn’t applicable

  • Added a new pathway alert trigger: Not completed and expression
