How do I get access to Personify Care? How much does it cost?
Personify Care is offered as a monthly subscription per clinical user, based on patient volume and the complexity of the protocols being delivered.
Can Personify Care be used with my EHR or Patient Management System?
Personify Care has also been successfully rolled out in clinical settings where the paper is still used for medical records. A patient summary can be printed as a pdf summary to be stored in the patient’s existing records. Personify Care does not require integration. Getting started does not require an IT project, installation of any software or internal IT support.
How many patients should we have to use Personify Care?
