Exciting new role with a primary focus on acquiring new customers and driving business growth. You’ll be selling to hospitals (public and private), day hospitals/clinics and clinical research groups via DONs, Heads of Clinical Departments, Clinical Services Managers, NUMs, IT departments and C-Level Executives.
Customer Experience Manager
We are seeking a Customer Experience Manager in Adelaide to support our growing list of leading healthcare organisations in Australia, New Zealand and the US. Support nursing, admin and hospital staff deliver digital care pathways to their patients. You’ll be responsible for guiding new customer onboarding and adoption of our world-class technology.
Business Operations Manager – Adelaide
You’ll work directly with Personify Care’s founders to take on all the things that need to get done. This means the important routine things (like HR, finance, operations) and random, complex things (legal terms for a new product launch, crafting our response for to a tender, documenting and measuring our customer experience process, or creating a model to test our financial assumptions).
Quality Assurance Specialist
We’re seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to work with our CTO and Product Manager to establish product testing strategies and approaches and to measure, analyse, present, and act upon test result data to ensure continuous improvement.
