Personify Care enables healthcare teams to deliver personlised care beyond the hospital stay. We are building a world-class digital platform that is supporting one of the biggest shifts in healthcare and connecting patients to the best possible care.

Our patient platform, makes it easy for healthcare teams to deliver their proven care pathways via a secure digital medium – within days.  This helps staff better prepare patients for their surgery or treatment and then manage their recovery once they’re home.  

In the last 12 months, healthcare teams in Australia and overseas have used our platform to deliver over 1 million patient interactions and patients love the experience with a response rate of over 86%.

Personify Care was founded in 2015 in Adelaide and have expanded internationally since.  Adelaide is one of Australia’s best kept secrets with amazing beaches, some of Australia’s best restaurants and the world’s best wines!  

Our core team is based in the state of the art Lot Fourteen precinct, right in the heart of Adelaide CBD and next door to the Australian Space Agency and Australian Machine Learning Institute.

About the role

You’ll work directly with Personify Care’s founders to take on all the things that need to get done. This means the important routine things (like HR, finance, operations) and random, complex things (legal terms for a new product launch, crafting our response for to a tender, documenting and measuring our customer experience process, or creating a model to test our financial assumptions).

You’ll be the problem solver for all the things that don’t have an owner today but need to get done.

In this role, you’ll have an extraordinarily high level of trust, an extreme “get it done” attitude, and believe no task is too small.

Ideally, you’ll have had a few years of experience solving problems and building and automating business systems possibly in consulting or a fast growing company. We expect a successful candidate will stay in the role for 2 years before taking a functional responsibility running a team, or having our help and blessing moving into a different role somewhere else after having learned a ton.
