Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN), in partnership with Personify Care, introduced a digital platform to engage pregnant women as soon as they are referred for antenatal care – allowing consumers to be more informed and involved in their care, without burdening midwives.

The digital pathway, built on the Personify Care platform, shares personalised information with parents-to-be, specific to their pregnancy stage, and automatically captures and screens health information to support existing clinical workflows.
